David Powers Homes provides a state-of-the-art Design Center, staffed with highly experienced design professionals who will help assist you in making your personal design decision for virtually every aspect of your new home.

Our goal is to help personalize your new home and for you to leave completely satisfied with your design selections.

The Design Center enables homebuyers to see, touch and actually walk through a number of different rooms, vignettes and products all in one location. Throughout the center, products ranging from lighting fixtures to countertops to flooring are designed to show buyers how they would actually look in a new home. Items such as window coverings and services such as faux painting are also available at the center.

Another unique service at the Design Center is the consultation of experienced, professional designers, who offer their service to each and every new-home buyer. In addition to working with buyers on personalizing their new home, we assist them in working within their budgets, and making selections that fit their needs.

David Powers Homes' Design Center offers every customer two personal private appointments in the Design Center:

"The Preview" - Appointment #1
Informational tour of the design center and an informative overview of all possible selections (scheduled with your sales counselor)

"The Consultation" - Appointment #2
Meet with one of our professional designers, review options and finalize your personal selections (scheduled at the end of your preview appointment)

The center is located right off Beltway 8 at Westheimer, in the West 8 Tower, central to nearly every part of Houston.
